Election of Officers
It was voted by those present to continue with the current slate of officers (Harold as president, Cindy as vice-president, and Mary as treasurer.

JCAG web page
There were some questions regarding the status of the web site. Harold agreed to contact Andrea to check on this.

Sale dates
The dates for the spring and holiday sales have been confirmed with the First Congregational Church. They are May 5th & 6th and November 10th & 11th .

Studio tour date
It was decided to select the date for the studio tour at the next meeting. Ronda will find out when the wine tour is and we will have our tour on the same weekend.

Sale signs
It was decided that professional appearing sturdy signs for the Guild sale events was a priority. Ron & Harold will procure materials in preparation for a sign production party. Mark volunteered to make a transparency to project onto the signs to insure uniformity and a professional appearance.

It was decided that the Guild should have at least 16 signs for our group sales and then these could also be used by individual members for the studio tour, etc.
